**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a talented / experienced Interior Designer / Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces. As well as understanding and coordinating the full project outline. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for designing interior spaces that meet clients' needs and reflect their style preferences. As the PM you will be in charge of the whole timeline and make sure scope of job is met.
**Duties:**
- Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, budget, and requirements
- Select color schemes, furniture, lighting, and materials to enhance the space
- Present design proposals to clients and make revisions based on feedback
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure designs are implemented correctly
- Manage projects from conception to completion while adhering to timelines and budgets
**Skills:**
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles and color theory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
- Ability to generate sales leads and close deals
- Experience in contract negotiation and project management
